TAGUA is a solution for utilities and municipalities to identify the water assets by a unique identification with NFC Tag. Provided with a full online solution (website and smartphone application), the asset administrator is able to manage asset life cycle and the maintenance team missions.
www.smart-inside.com is the web site which brings together all our software solutions. They can be accessed via a secure connection using a web browser.
On smart inside, each asset is geo-localized on a map. For installation, the “Smart Inside Mobile” App enable the link between the asset with a referenced Tag. A general tab shows the synthesis of the asset availability. Individual life sheet can be checked with latest information downloaded from the field team with the App. Data can be exported, or sent automatically by email on a regular basis. Alerts by sms or email can be set also if any asset status is modified.
Customer can manage their own user’s accounts and their proprietary data. SMART INSIDE is available in French, English, German, Arabic and Hebrew with the possibility to add other languages. It is based on redundant servers, SSL encrypted, conforms to ISO 27001 with premium availability rate (>99,9%).
